Step 1:
Select an item in the correct size and colour and place it in your shopping cart by clicking on “add to shopping cart”.
Step 2:
When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart at the top right of the menu. Here you will find an overview of your order. It is possible to modify your order here. If you are completely satisfied with your order, continue.
In the checkout you will find the total amount of your order after settlement of any discount and shipping costs.
Step 3:
By entering your details you can create an account. If you already have an account, you can log in. Check if your address details are still correct!
It is also possible to place an order as a 'guest', it is not necessary to create an account.
Step 4:
Choose your shipping method, you can have your order delivered to your home or another address or you can pick it up at a DHL ServicePoint. Do you choose to pick up? Please select a DHL ServicePoint. You will receive a message as soon as your package can be picked up.
Step 5:
Choose your payment method and complete your order. You will be redirected to the chosen payment method to make your payment.
You will receive a confirmation of your order in your mailbox. If you haven't received a confirmation, check if the email is blocked by your spam filter. If you have not received a confirmation after 20 minutes, please contact our customer service. They can find out whether the order has been received or whether something has gone wrong. You can reach the customer service by mail or by telephone.
It is not possible to place an order by phone.
It is possible to order as a 'guest' if you do not want to create an account.
There are advantages to creating an account. You can see the status of your order and view previous orders. We keep your data so that you do not have to enter it again with a new order.
If you do not have an account, the system will ask you to create an account when you want to order. For this you can enter your details and create a password.
It is also possible to place an order without an account. In that case you can log in as a 'guest'.
You can always request a new password. Click on 'forgot password' on the login page. Just enter your e-mail address, click and we will immediately e-mail you a link to set a new password.

If you order before 3 p.m. on working days, your order will be shipped the same day.
The delivery days are from Monday to Saturday.

It is not possible to change an order because it is automatically included in the process. It is only possible to have the delivery address adjusted by a customer service representative if the shipment has not yet been sent. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can return the shipment if you have received it, but you must pay the return costs yourself.
