Balding gags

A balding gag can be attached to the bridle with gag cheek pieces. The gag cheek pieces, which run through the holes of the bit, have a ring at the bottom to which you attach a second rein. You simply attach the other rein to your bit. By tightening the second rein you get a leverage effect that affects the mouth and behind the ears. The horse is stimulated to raise its head. The bit is suitable for horses that lean on the hand or are “strong”. This bit is not suitable for an inexperienced rider because it can work sharply.
